Betamax Problems/Resellers | Voipstunt, 12voip, LowrateVoip, VOIPWise, Nonoh Accounts Frozen
Seems that users of Betamax service have been facing some problems recently : Not being able to call although there’s still credits left in account, account being frozen for no reasons, able to hear the receiver’s voice but they couldn’t hear yours, etc. Currently sites reported to be affected includes Voipstunt, 12voip, LowrateVoip, VOIPWise & Nonoh. No idea if it’s technical problem or permanent, just hope that the problems will be solved soon.

A Scam. I have been with 12voip for a number of years. Over the last year I noticed that they started to overcharge me in line with their ‘Fair User Policy’ (FUP). If a customer uses more than 300 minutes a week, then the policy is implemented resulting in a much higher charge. I had barely gone over 100 minutes yet I was slugged with the higher rate, not fair. Not recommended, keep away, slimy customer service.
hi there.. this voip is okey actually.. but there are some regulation that you must really understand.. you may charged more than you are expected becaused you are calling more than free minutes given..
