Hello,
Im trying to become a betamax reseller. I have an account on poivy and I have done 2 sucsessfull uploading payment via bank transfer (100Euro sha 25Euro), when I try to Become a reseller, always i have this message: “We have checked your account and have concluded that you cannot become a reseller yet.”.
I want to know why I can not bee resseler even if there write:”In order to become a reseller we require at least one successful payment of minimal € 30 using one of the payment methods listed above.”?
Does there have any other method?

Hi all, i have installed the 12voip and put for 10€ credit, and it did NOT let me use any call, once i klick the call Button it goes disconnected. i wrote them 4times an email and till today I still have no answer, i call this bad service. I also don’t know if the company really exists!! the address is a Post Office Box, no costumer call center….i am really pissed of..

I have started getting the same problem : calls are getting disconnected directly after Call-Button has been clicked. Everytime I get a message: “call disconnected due to unknown error”.
Though this started since 10th April 2009. strange thing. everything else like skype/yahoo/google talk/etc is working fine. you can communicate between Betamax voip account. for example, Nonoh user can talk to a Freecall.com user or vice versa. but you can not make calls to Mobiles/landlines.
I do not know what it is. any one please?!!!

Have a big problem with “nonoh” and “LowrateVoip”. Since March 13, 2009 are both my accounts blocked (I have more than 100 free-days and more than 15€ on the stock). All calls (via website or installed program) are getting disconnected directly after Call-Button has been clicked. Everytime I get a message: “call disconnected due to unknown error”.
My internet connection and my computer are absolutely OK. I dont know, what I have to do. I tried to connct Betamax a few days ago, but up to day – no answer. And I don’t hope anymore to get one.

How can I become the Betamax’s reseller? If I buy credit(30euro) through bank or west-union,then I can be a reseller?
