hi there.. this voip is okey actually.. but there are some regulation that you must really understand.. you may charged more than you are expected becaused you are calling more than free minutes given..

A Scam. I have been with 12voip for a number of years. Over the last year I noticed that they started to overcharge me in line with their ‘Fair User Policy’ (FUP). If a customer uses more than 300 minutes a week, then the policy is implemented resulting in a much higher charge. I had barely gone over 100 minutes yet I was slugged with the higher rate, not fair. Not recommended, keep away, slimy customer service.

Hi, I have been using 12VoIP for the last 6 months and I have had absolutely no problems. However, since yesterday, I have been trying to buy credit, using the debit card, that I have always used and there was an error when processing the transaction, namely ‘Error 103′. Then I tried using 2 different cards, in case there was something wrong with the first one I tried, and again the same error was displayed on the screen.
Has anyone experienced the same or similar problem and do you know what I can do to resolve it? Also, does anyone know the number of the the company, so I can call them directly and ask them about the issue?

Hello,
Im trying to become a betamax reseller. I have an account on poivy and I have done 2 sucsessfull uploading payment via bank transfer (100Euro sha 25Euro), when I try to Become a reseller, always i have this message: “We have checked your account and have concluded that you cannot become a reseller yet.”.
I want to know why I can not bee resseler even if there write:”In order to become a reseller we require at least one successful payment of minimal € 30 using one of the payment methods listed above.”?
Does there have any other method?
