where will i apply for a debit card in malaysia if i am in the Philippines? how will i apply and what are the requirements? if possible i need the debit card companies which will not require income tax return or any file regarding tax…

I think the only difference between the normal and Islamic debit/credit card is Islamic cards can only be used at halal outlets ea. u cant use Islamic cards (credit or debit cards) at pubs/clubs/massage parlour etc. Maybe cant use it at Hard Rock Cafe too.

how do you think about Islamic Debit Cards? as I know, some banks in Malaysia introduce such debit cards, I don’t know what is so different between the two.
