I'm so sick of the piece of shit bank. HSBC is the worst bank I have ever dealt with I have never heard of the bull shit they have put me through. I sign a contract of no interest for 12 months after the 12 months are over I get a bill for finance charges of 1500.00. Since the bill never goes down because not to mention I get charged an extra 39.18 for other finance charges that I still don't understand. Now I come to find out that they have changed thier website so of course paying online isn't an option. I hope all you FUNKIN people go to HELL. At least in hell you'll be able to laugh with all the other crooks who have cheated people who can't afford to pay their bills because of shit heads like you. Have a funkin bad day.
