I recently purchased a Walmart Money Card and would like direct deposit. I have gone on line and there is some info missing and I need to talk with someone in person. Every number I call I get no real person. I have called customer service number on back of card 1 877 937 4098 and the one from the front 1 866 946 2510. I called Walmart and they gave me 1 877 965 7848. I just get automatic answering and I need to chat with a customer service person in person. I took alot of time to fill out your “5 easy steps” to activate my new Mastercard on line. When it came to the part where I type my e-mail twice, there was a problem.( This was after I had given you all my security info. which I really felt uncomfortable about doing) SS, personal info, card # security #’s on back of card, exp. date,ect. This was my last page of the 5 easy steps. The computer wouldn’t take my last page. It kept writing in red that my two e-mails must match. I looked at it, checked & rechecked, counted the number of characters, and they matched. I finally gave up ! Now you have my card # and other things about me I don’t feel good about. Where did all the info go? Who now has access to it and how safe is it? I tried to close that last window out so I could go back an delete all info. I trustingly gave you, but It didn’t work. I was taken completely away from it all, and wound up on my home page. This e-mail is correct [email protected]. Please e-mail me tomorrow ASAP or call me at 256-585-3414 H# or 256-585-5787. I want to know where all my info is and why I couldn’t get to the pages I had filled out to erase all info I gave you. I want to be sure ALL my money I put on that card is safe. If this can not be resolved, I will never use your website again to activate my card.
