i have bought a new computer using Vista but i can load the sony handycam software because not compatible. Now i cant transfer my video. When i use another computer to transfer again the image of the video recorded is moving not smoothly but jerking and lag. How to solve this problem

i had recorded video in my handy cam but i inserted local disc instead of sony disc it has recorded and was playing back in handycam once i removed disc and reinserted i lost all my recorded videos…… i have inserted disc in my comp and checked properties it has occupied full memory space but when i open F:/ there are no files plz help me……….if anyone can
