I stay at Puchong area and encounter breakdown issue on last Tuesday (2/2/2011) and call the customer service without success since no operator to pick up and answear until now (9/2/2011). I have leave many message but without call back from Izzi customer service…..
Very bad service and I will terminate the service ASAP…
i’m stay at puchong too. i facing the same problem with michael. now izzi official site down too. what is happening to izzi? Anyone know. customer service only machine answer.
