At home in KL as well as in office in PJ. Must say I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the deteriorating service past six months. First few months the service was excellent, zipping away as I upload and download stuff. Past six months, I am lucky if ever I get anything more than 200kbps in the daytime, or 100kbps at night. Most times, the average seems to be 150kbps in daytime and 20kbps at night, until 2-3am. Have reported numerous times to the IZZI customer support center, and have at least three customer report numbers, but no one has bothered to follow up or called. Each time the call center assures their technical people will call, but never have I got a respond. Final decision: Terminate, don't bother renewing. As a customer, I feel the company should either refund or extend period of subscription if it fail to keep to its promise of fast speed, reliability and fast mobile wireless.
