Means they not really into buying it. Their mindset is china's made not good and bad quality. However i oppose this idea because many computer and electronic manufacturer today comes from china or east Asia. They just don't realized how much we relied to them and how many things we use today come from them. Actually they give us alternative to much cheaper price with almost same quality to those european or american made.
