Nape le susah sangat nak booking tiket??? Cakap nak tingkatkan mutu perkhidmatan tapi semakin lemah… Dah hampir 1 minggu booking tapi tak dapat2 gak….. dah le call mas hot line asyik operator yang membebel…………!!!! Pleaseeeeeee……………………….???????

Mas much more better compare with Airasia. Congrats! Keep it up but the website always got problem. Sometimes cannot buy online especially when got promotion. Suddenly cannot open the website. Hopefully MAS can improve! Please….

the mas hot line 1300883000, and 03 78433000 are terrible…seems like no one attending the calls. waiting over the line you can expect the recorded advert keep on repeating…how are we going to compete with other airlines…luckily we have our airasia for alternative…

saya nak tanya ni….
saya dah buat pembelian tiket secara online tapi saya tersilap isi form semasa booking…
semasa mengisi borang 2 saya tersilap mengisi alamat email….
so masalahnya saya tak dapat print penyata booking flight ssbab sebab mas tersilap hantar email…
macam mana saya nak dapatkan penyata booking flight tu?

Why there is no direct flight from Kuching to Labuan? susahlah….kena pergi miri dulu tunggu berjam-jam di airport. setengah hari baru sampai Labuan. Harap pihak MAS dapat membuat penjadualan semula.
