does Google publish the dates of updating the Page-Rank and the list of Backlinks ?
I’m sure that i have a lot of backlinks, but i still don’t see them through Google interface

Few months earlier, google reduced all site ranks. It was been bewildering. Later google reproduced the site ranks as before.
might be google dance I think.
