hi i’m L, i also thinking to get a Debit card soon, but the PB debit card hv to pay annual fee, got any suggestion for a FREE debit card??? i just need this card for any amegency use only, and wht is paypal??? can anyone tell me?? hehe Thanks

wow.. congratz.. anyway I got visa electron debit card too… just keep it and do nothing besides verify paypal account -.-
