horrible ownership?…the owner has no part in how much a cat eats and all they do it sit around the house an sleep all day so why not let them be fat its funny i think

I dont understand how people think this is cute or funny. To me, this is just simply sad and horrible ownership. I believe no pet should be in the condition that this cat is. Its just simply unhealthy and ridiculous on how this cat even got this way. I find no humor in it at all, only remorse. I understand that there are probably thousands of people that will disagree with me but i say to them that when our society starts to except things like this and say its ok, that is a strong sign saying that there is something wrong with the world today.

In my experience he is a persian cat. im a persian breeder we had breed these cats for 5years, There are some overweight persians about. i have a blue one thats not much smaller than the one in the pick and he only eats the same amount as my normal sized cats They are very affectionate and dont like being left alone. they are an indoor cat, and dont have the insinct of a moggy cat in the outdoor world. They could not fend for themselves outdoors. All they like to do is lazy on your lap all day. And need lots of attention. it can be to much for some people to handle.
