Slow Streamyx Broadband Service
Well I am using Maxis broadband service in my hostel but every weekend I will go back to my hometown which is a small kampung which cannot support any internet service provider but Streamyx. Two days of living without Maxis Broadband means I have to suffer with two days of snail speed service by Streamyx. OMG sometimes I even have to wait for a few seconds before Google home page can be successfully loaded……
So, how slow is the Streamyx service in your place?
These strmyx bastards are a bunch of fucking liers
For the last 10 days its taken 10 to 15 in to log onto the lan ,
When i rand the dum monkeys working there ,and went through the usual bullshit of unplug and replug bla bla bla, check bios for connection , he told me there “no connection”
What a fucking genius .
he then went on to tell me its probably my splitter.
Well that was total bushit ,
I went to a mates shop and borrowed anew splitter and the same thing ,
On the way back I saw 2 of the streamyx techies standing next to a service box , both doors open , They had removed 1 frame of wiring and one of them was actually standing there scratching his head as if to say , “NOW WHAT” (i wish I had my camera)
so they dont know shit about fone lines or IT or just about anything ,

about 3 weeks ago , my mate told me that the entire staff of the fone company where his wife works had to stay 24 hours because of some extremely urgent upgrade crap,
Well there isnt an upgrade , their entire system crashed,
If you dialled the operator about 3 wks ago you would know because a voice came from a US fone company.
(he turned up to see her at 9pm and they were having what appeared to be a huge kings banquet)
Thats why the net takes so fucking long to connect , WE ARE DIALLING TO THE US.
THEY HAD TO FLY 5 TECHIES IN FROM CANADA TO TRY TO FIX THE FUCKUPS.
To top it off , the GOV has bit by bit been secretly sacking non malay workers from , telcos banks , oilpalm plantations , railways , and gov sector , and replacing them with malays .
Thats more than likely what has happened at streamyx.and thats why the whole system has turned to shit..
Recently at a maybank i saw 3 of the 6 atm machines open and a malay techie stuffing around with them .
That was thursday,
I went back the next tuesday and the same story . The end of the week , same again .
when are the people here going to get it through their heads that if you want to actually BE a techie , they have to do more than go to lim kok wing and play mario brothers for 3 years.
they will have to actually LEARN.
And they are going to have to employ people on merit , not the fact that they are malay or a cousin or brothers son ., which is what has been going on for way too long here..
This is just the begining of the downfall of the country .
