The instructions didn’t work for me. I went to OPTIONS / MORE OPTIONS and get only these choices:

I have had msn.com e-mail for years–on business cards. etc/ ms has deleted this and wants me to sign up to live hot mail which I hate! How can I get back\? I don’t know how I will get your response???? hel;p

I pay $10 a month for this peice of crap- there are so many things wrong with the new mail- I am outraged- my friend told me about yahoo mail the new er one and it looks a lot like the old hotmail version. It is really cool. I have not switched yet but I am soooo very close as I cannot stand the newer version. is there an old cd with msn that one can use with success.

Please help us as Msn is not listening any more- the new group just screwed us over and do not care otherwise they would be accomodating us as a goodwill gesture for those who want their old msn hotmail back- attractive -easy to use-and efficient- check out yahoo as I have seen it and it is very simialr to msn old hotmail. Yahoo I believe took the initive and may be the answer so perhaps at some point MSN will get it but they need to let all those new guys find another job as they are responsible and are not listening.

I have lost all my email somebody needs to help us get back information that has been lost. I do not like this version at all I have to contact a lot of people and change the email address and it is going to be a big hassle

I really miss the old Hotmail….. but I don’t think so, it could be possible to revert back the previous version. if there any one who can do it. I shall be very thankful in this regards.
