Will Nokia Open Its App Store?
The upcoming Mobile World Congress at Barcelona may be a surprise for everyone as a Russian blogger, Eldar Murtazin, claimed that he had seen a new app store opened by Nokia.
The Finnish seems quite impressed with the success of Apple’s iPhone App Store and now has decided to announce to offer direct downloads of its Symbian to million of users all over the world.
Google has decided to launch it owns Android Marketplace for their Android OS, last week saw the Symbianite Samsuang opened their own app store, and now the Wall Street Journal says Microsoft may get in on the app action with an “online bazaar.”
Woohoo, with so many competitors coming out, it’s great to see how they will compete against each other, watch out Apple!
