i broght this card at walmart they did not give me a receit and or till me it had to be activated with a receit it was for my sons birthday it was a 30.00 dollar card im disabled and cant afford to give him money agin i went back to the store with the card it shows it still has money on card and they would not help me what can i do the card number is 4470912227147625 it exspires 07/13 i would appreate your help thank you
