I like to enter to win prizes from optus always win
i won a prize for 20 minutes of Pre-Paid Minutes and have made a few calls but later after checking my balance i found it had not used the 20 min pre-paid rather my actual recharge credit. WHY???

i recharged my optus today $30 and i was trying to ring one of the mates but he didnt answer his phone and the same second i went to check my balance and i noticed that i have $26 in my balance i lost $4 !!!#$%@#$^#$& when where on what how !
is optus charging people for ringing !? what the hell is that? $4 went just like that and i didnt even talk

I recharged with $30 as always, then i won $15 from always win, and gave me 14 days to use it, but gues what ? first they used my $30 credit beafore my $15 i supposed won. Its a repoff
