Public Bank Visa Electron Debit Card
Since I still do not have a job, this Public Bank Visa Electron Debit Card has been an alternative for me to apply for further usage in purchases & selling online. Finally, something other than credit card that can be used to activate my Paypal account. Can do my evil plan now…
Update : Here’s a tutorial on how to withdraw Paypal funds to your Visa Electron Debit Card
1. Login to your Paypal account & click ‘Withdraw‘
2. Later, click on the link “Transfer funds to your card”.
3. Enter the amount you would like to withdraw.
4. Check your withdrawal details. After all are confirmed, click on the ‘Confirm‘ button
5. Lastly you will see a confirmation message saying that the process is in progress
6. Be patient… Wait for few days for it to be progress & voila, money is in your card now!

Yeah… create your own card or just carry cash.
If you are willing to spare some amount for your own ease, then start applying for credit card or debit card or travellers check bla bla bla
may i know how to get my paypal card verification code?
im also using dabit card, and after i add card to my paypal account and wait for so long i din’t get any code from my statement printed from atm and i also din’t get any e-statement from online pbe-bank. And they need a few month only beable to prepare and ready for us to get the E statement online. That why i spend for a few month but i still cant get any code, why malaysia system so bad? or i make some mistake? if yes what department should i ask for get my paypal code from pb bank? i try before to call for pbEbank, they say this is not their service, i should ask card department, then i call to card department and the computer need T pin, theni email to ask them what is t pin, they say it is for only credit card but not day to day dabit card, i feel so dissapointed and go to search only again, i found that pb bank promote, this dabit as this card can let u purchace online and also can use paypal … but i wonder how to get the paypal code, just a simple code… , please help me .
may i know must us withdraw money to card from paypal? why not withdraw money to your bank account since it is cheaper and it is free if above certain ammount of money ?

You can see it in your credit card statement every month when the bank sent you the letter
I’m having difficulties on verified my pbe electron debit card, to verified the paypal acc we needed to have the statement from our registered debit card but the problem is where can i find my statement for pbe electron debit card? the only statement i can find is on the saving accounts of my pbe~anyone assist would be very much appreciated
You can find it in your transaction ID, there must be somewhere around it, have a look

I’ve the debit card from pb, and i’m also have already created the account for pbebank so that i can check my debit statement online to get the 4 digits codes, but when i go to the transaction history>credit/debit card, i found nothing, infact there a statement stated that said that i do not have the relevant account-i’m really confused! I am planning to apply a debit card to use abroad cause I don’t wanna bring so much cash when I travel. I have a question here. Do Public Bank and Visa International charge you for transactions in overseas? I heard there’ll be some extra fees like the conversion fee. If yes, how much do they charge?

PB debit card is like credit card but the only difference is your account must have fund before you can use it. This the way to stop overspending group via credit card:)
So far for me I’ve no prob in transfer the fund from paypal…
