Web Design Worst Nightmare Clients
A friend of mine who’s a designer has been working for only a few months in his company, yet he has received quite a few funny/weird enquiries from his clients, after some chat we found out that these are the worst nightmare that could ever happened on a web designer…
3. Just one more change…
- Imagine if you have prepared everything according to what the client have said & he still needs some changes. Wtf?! Won’t you just write down all the changes in a list? While it might seems a small one yet the designer needs to change the PNG file, modify background colours, etc…
*My friend* Oh… ok, so anything you want to change?
*Client* Yes I want to change this, & this, & that……
*Moments later*
*Client* I will stick with the original version…
2. I want a perfect website for RM1000 (Approximately USD 310)
- RM1000? LMAO! Well you can get website like this if you want that price…
Well, designing a website needs TIME & EFFORT, it won’t just popped up within a few minutes! If you really appreciate the hard work of the designer, please suggest a higher price.
1. Hmm… It looks plain, can you please change the colour?
- While the project design belongs to the client’s decision, yet my friend get pissed because his advice doesn’t get appreciate. A designer is called a designer because he is professional in design. Well it may sounds odd but do not expect your client to be savvy, just make sure you do not include your name in the “Designed by …” column, you might miss more design opportunities in the future

The worst is the client who never gets back to you. You send an email and ask a question and a week later they give you a new list of answers.
