When you tried to sign in to your MSN account, you may encountered get this error code 81000395 which says the service is temporarily unavailable. Why is this happening? |

Possible Solution
1. Make sure your Firewall allows the internet access to your Windows Live Messenger.
2. Download the latest version of WLM
3. Still got problem? Well maybe that particular version has problem, so you just have to downgrade it~

Don’t think downgrading will work…… since the MSN network tends to have downtime. Just try to log in later…..after they have sorted out everything…
