Recently Malaysia Airline (MAS) has started a new great offer for Malaysians which is called Everyday Low Fare plan for publics, but what you need to know before you book the tickets online?
1. You must book it one month before your flight
2. Money paid are not refundable
3. You can only book it online
Oops… With this new bargain coming out Tony must figure out something quickly to get back his valued customers from MAS

Satu lagi, kisah dlm flight sama- kita the malaysian bw bekal biskut kering ka, maggi ka, roti, buns ka…kena tegur oleh staf air air asia, Aku tgk mat salleh selamba je buka bekal basah- vege salad, kfc set, fruits, yogurt, dan memacam lg yang di bw keluar maklumlah bekal untuk 13 jam dlm flight! Duk sebelah seat aku. Sekoq peramugari/peramugara pun tak dak dtg tegur. Kita minta air panas pun berkira! Ini lah air asia-walaupun nak kelabukan mata dengan offer yang murah sana sini jgnlah pula amalkan double standard dan cekup duit org merata-riti. Aku doakan merudum bangat lagi bisness dedepa ni! MAS will be our choice for our next trip to Madrid!

to effa…i m soo agree with u…SERIUS!!last month i pi bandung n came back with lots of lugagges…it cost me almost rm3300 for three of us…mmg air asia buat duit btl…even seat dia nak request pun kena charged rm25 n rm5…n ada plak bezanya…hot picks lah cold picks…kat MAS pun tak mcm tu…we are free to choose any seat we want n even if the seat that we request is not available but stil we will get better seat n it is FREE!!!access baggage pun charge dia melampau2…tak telly langsung…kejap rm10…kejap lg rm20 so camne ni…apa…ingat kitaorg bw duit berbeban2 ker kalu nak travel…YES mmg bw duit berbeban2 tapi not for paying all these stupid n nonsence charges…
hari tu kata ada perang LOW FARES habis2an tapi sama jer…masuk2 dlm internet fare rm1050 tu tak termasuk pre seat charges n luggage charges…eeeeee menyesalnya…blm pun sampai bandung duit dah abih spend kena byr tu byr ni…..menyesal pun ada…but i hv no choice….i prefer to fly with mas but no direct fllight to bandung…what to do

1.mas selalu pentingkan warga tua .
2.keselesaan penumpang adalah perkara utama bg mas.
3.respect that the no 1 thing mas staff give 2 all using masairline.

Why there is no direct flight from Kuching to Labuan? susahlah….kena pergi miri dulu tunggu berjam-jam di airport. setengah hari baru sampai Labuan. Harap pihak MAS dapat membuat penjadualan semula.
Kenapa from Miri to Sibu kuat mahal lah??? If plus Lawas-Miri-Sibu are Rm555 leh…mati loh!!!

i’ve booking n paid for my ticket flight…but, until now i did’nt get the confirmation ticket which will be reply by MAS through email…please alert.. for whom it concern
the mas hot line 1300883000, and 03 78433000 are terrible…seems like no one attending the calls. waiting over the line you can expect the recorded advert keep on repeating…how are we going to compete with other airlines…luckily we have our airasia for alternative…
Mas much more better compare with Airasia. Congrats! Keep it up but the website always got problem. Sometimes cannot buy online especially when got promotion. Suddenly cannot open the website. Hopefully MAS can improve! Please….

i had been flying mas all this while and decided to try airasia also..the front seats are too close to the behind seats. So my legs had to be rested on my poor neighbour, next passenger’s thigh. This is similar to a can of sardines…you know what i mean ??? all in the name of profiteering.

Today my daughter who is currently studying in Tokyo called and ask me to call City Bank to stop payment for one transaction she had just done to book a ticket on-line with MAS to fly back to KL on this coming holiday. This is not the first time she book her ticket on-line.Unfortunately,after done,she notice the ticket booked is for KL/Tokyo instead.She believe this is not her fault and called to MAS to request for varification and change to Tokyo/KL.Believe it or not,her request was turn down .Imagine she will be still in Tokyo then when the the flight take-off.All this happened during the last few hours. My question is :Is MAS so rigid? There is no consideration at all? She will not have anymore budget to buy another ticket to come home for her CNY!

macamana nak booking ticket MAS secara online niii..AIRASIA senang jak cari dan buka di internet..MAS ni susah bebenor tp sya prefer dgn MAS.
Tu dia perniagaan zaman it penipu makin hari makin kuat memang patut air asia india pegang sebab india kaki pembelit.elok Mathir bgi kat india sebab sama2 pembelit yang rakyat sampai bila2 kena tipu heeee padan rakyat malaysia yg bodoh.
Biarlah mahal sikit.. janji selesa, booking online dengan MAS mudah & cepat,cuma jangan ada masalah je dgn card credit.. apa-apa pun MAS pilihan saya & keluarga. Semoga MAS selalulah memantau keselesaan penumpang..my next trip to Jakarta with MAS…
